GUARANTEED FREE ACCOMMODATION

  • “Accommodation is granted to all our non-salaried agent managers free of charge and may not come in any form as a deduction from the guaranteed minimum or the value of commissions.” Article 29 of the l’Accord Collectif National des Maisons d’Alimentation à Succursales.

  • The accommodation is allocated following a permanent posting

  • Conditions of allocation:

THE STAGES OF THE ON-BOARDING TRAINING

Theory: the basics foundations and skills to be acquired to become a wine merchant

Store immersion (IDF or Province): putting the theory into practice 

Evaluation: of the knowledge acquired and the degree of competency

IN THE LAST WEEK

Attribution of a store following the requirements of the brand

Immediately after training become manager of a store
