UNDERSTANDING THE LEASE MANAGEMENT 

NICOLAS owns a store for several years, once it has proven its profitability, and can therefore entrust the operation to a lease manager who can make their own profit

NICOLAS retains ownership of the business capital and therefore of the commercial lease in its name (unlike a regular franchise) which allows the brand to be preserved regardless of location.

The Lease Manager does not have to invest in the site, which has already been acquired, and whose maintenance is already paid for

The Lease Manager and NICOLAS have a contractual and financial Tenant/Lessor relationship of represented by a preestablished royalty.

The Lease Manager and NICOLAS ALSO have a contractual and commercial relationship of franchise/franchisee resulting from the fact that the Lease Manager is an independent merchant (registered with the RCS), owner of their stocks, free of their prices and their margins. Nicolas grants an operating license to the Lease Manager of the NICOLAS brand, its concept and its know-how (role of a franchise).
